Our Process
No matter the size of your project, our process always begins with a complimentary on-site consultation. This visit allows us to get to know you, walk through your space, and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.
During the consultation, we take time to discuss your vision, goals, and budget while carefully evaluating the existing conditions of your home. We also identify any potential construction challenges or structural considerations that may impact the scope, timeline, or cost of your project—so there are no surprises later.
Depending on the size and complexity of the remodel, a formal design drawing may not be necessary. In those cases, we will provide a detailed, written estimate at no cost, outlining the proposed work clearly and transparently. Our goal is to make the planning process simple, informative, and stress-free from the very beginning.
When a project calls for professional design services, we begin with a Design & Professional Services Agreement.This phase allows us to fully develop your ideas into a well-planned, build-ready design.
The design fee is completely separate from construction and does not obligate you to move forward with the build. All design drawings and services created during this phase belong to you, giving you full ownership and flexibility.
Throughout the design process, we work closely with you—and collaborate with our trusted trade partners—to refine every detail, ensuring the final design aligns with your vision, lifestyle, and budget.
Once the design phase is complete, you’ll receive a detailed, written construction proposal that clearly outlines the scope of work, pricing, and next steps, allowing you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
Once the Construction Agreement is approved, we move quickly into the preparation phase. This includes ordering and securing all required materials, coordinating and scheduling our trusted trade partners, and establishing a clear, organized project timeline.
With everything planned in advance, we’re able to keep your project running smoothly, minimize delays, and maintain consistent communication—so you know what’s happening, when it’s happening, and what to expect next.
On-Site Complimentary Visit
This visit gives us the opportunity to get to know you, walk through your space, and confirm that we’re a good fit to work together. We’ll discuss your vision, goals, and budget while evaluating existing conditions and identifying any potential construction considerations upfront—so there are no surprises down the road.
For projects that don’t require formal design drawings, we’ll provide a clear, detailed written estimate at no cost. From the start, our focus is on making the planning process straightforward, transparent, and stress-free.
Design & Professional Service Agreement
When a project requires professional design services, we begin with a Design & Professional Services Agreement to develop your ideas into a complete, build-ready plan.

We order and secure all necessary materials, coordinate schedules with our trusted trade partners, and establish a clear, well-organized timeline for your project.
Construction Process & Finishing
Once construction begins, we provide regular progress updates so you always know where your project stands and what’s coming next.
By handling both the design and construction in-house, we create a seamless transition from planning to build. This coordinated approach keeps your project moving efficiently, minimizes disruptions, and provides peace of mind from day one—allowing you to simply enjoy watching your vision come to life.
